Full Description: Sport tourist complex are consist of hotel part and 70self-contained houses each one with a spacious garden. The houses are a family type, solid- built and the construction is conformed to the climatic conditions of the region. The complex will be your convenient base for skiing in winter, and for relaxation and mountaineering in the summer, and for your rest and seclusion in the soothing embrace of the middle Old mountains. Meeting the needs of the customers, the houses come in different sizes .
The proximity to the ski facilities and the position of the complex within the borders of the village Ribaritsa makes it unique with its panoramic view and location.
As a territorial and administration the sport tourist complex is part of village of Ribaritsa. At the same time the proper location of the complex falls out of the borders of the village.
The peace is hemmed in by pine and beech forest and the air has such a crystal purity that the stars seem to be near enough to touch by hand.
From the complex there is an asphalt-paved road to the villages of Ribaritsa and Shipkovo. This road as well as all roads in the region are well cleaned and kept clear in the winter. Also there is road for good walk to Vasilyov. The complex is occupies a regulated land area of 53.669 sq.m. in total. The average of attitude is 1275 meters above sea level and the average dip between 30 and 15 percent. The location of complex affords a splendid panoramic view of Mountans Stara planina.
The materials chosen to be used in the construction are of highest quality, suitable for the local climate and perfectly complimenting the natural beaty of the side. The development is designed for year round use.All the buidings will be thermo – and hydro- insulated.
The complex turns out to be the accent for a complex of one family houses, hotel , with open and covered pool, tennis, volleyball, basketball court and playgrounds .The designing is in conformity with the ambient nature and the marvelous views to middle Old mountain, whose peaks correspond with the sharp roofs. It is to be constructed a residential building from a closed type with controlled access and security guards, where as there are foreseen SPA-center, fitness, restaurant, and residential part of the floors.

In respect to the climate the district is located in the Pre-Balkan climatic area. Its souther parts the highest ridges of the Old Mountain are situated in the Mountainous climate zone. In general the climate here is moderate continental and characterized by comparatively mild winter, late short spring, cool summer and pleasant countinuous fogless fall. The district of Teteven has a rich forestry. This is where widest beech tree forest zone in Bulgaria is. On the territory of the district there are natural and artificially made formations of coniferous species-spruces, fir- trees, white fir.Tsarichina is a only reserve, which treasures the rare European white fir.
The monastery of Glojene „ St. Georgi Pobedonosets“ was built in 13th century, during the reign of Tsar Ivan Asen II by the duke Gloj.
The Troyan monastery „Assumption of Virgin Mary“lies 10km. to the southeast of the Balkan town Troyan in the skirt of the Balkan mountain range. Built at about 400 meter above sea level, the biggest monastery in the Balkan mountain is surrounded by beautiful forest and the Cherni Osam river, which gives a particular charm to the place. The monastery's complex is quite developed as a tourist site with plenty of shopping outlets, reustarants and entertainment facilities in the neighbourhood.
